I am ever so grateful for Dr. Llanes and Tessie! Tessie was able to squeeze me in to a ridiculous timeline right before Thanksgiving (stupid insurance issue, not procrastination on my part). My regular doctor was not available and I was panicking to get my exam and glasses covered before insurance ended. Tessie was very communicative, extremely helpful and very friendly.
