Their salesmanship and extra help on the frontend were great and even my roof is great based on how it's performed the first few weeks. But they didn't come through with the extras they promised which is what really got me to choose them over others in the first place. One thing they promised was the ability to get pictures of the work being done throughout the day. I loved this concept and looked forward to getting a few pictures an hour.
