Jordan did a great job! He was respectful, professional, and very easy to talk to. I really appreciated that he wasn’t pushy at all when discussing the roof. I am completely changing my original positive review due to an ongoing, frustrating pattern of neglect.While everything seemed great 11 months ago, our experience since then has been a nightmare. We have dealt with multiple leaks in our bathroom, and management completely minimizes and dismisses the issue.Weeks ago, they promised to come out and replace a vent to fix the problem.
