SeekOne did an amazing job. They were very helpful with the insurance claim process. I appreciated the sales process rep, Robert, was not pushy and worked on my own terms. SeekOne and Raul’s team did excellent work on the new roof and thoroughly cleaned the site up after. Raul provided periodic photo updates and walked the site with me afterwards. I would definitely recommend SeekOne, Raul and Robert!
SeekOne Roofing Co. just finished installing a new roof on my house. Our neighbor had a new roof installed by SeekOne due to hail damage from a storm that happened about a year ago. Joe Burnette offered to do a free inspection of our roof to see if we also had hail damage from that storm. He found that we did indeed have hail damage. SEEKONE is a very professional company focused on all the detailed steps of roof replacement with excellent customer satisfaction! My Sales Rep Micah was outstanding walking me through all the steps with the insurance company. The Project Manager, Raul was excellent making sure all my requests were considered, worked through issues found at tearoff and managed the team as they installed the new shingles.

From start to finish, the roofing experience with SeekOne was exceptional. Micah Behnke stayed in contact, helping me through the claim and adjustment processes guiding me through an appeal to the insurance company. Once the crew was on site they worked swiftly and professionally to get new roof on before the rain got here.
