Terrible customer service experience. I purchased two blazers, and there was no clear mention that refunds were not allowed. I decided to exchange the blazers for a pair of boots. I handed the boots (in their box) to the staff at the counter, but when they packed it, they gave me the wrong box. When I got home and opened it, I was shocked to find it wasn’t the item I selected.
