Paige was so helpful and kind!!! They did not have my size in an item and she personally rang up a different store so they could put the item aside for me. Such great customer service, thank you!!
Terrible customer service experience. I purchased two blazers, and there was no clear mention that refunds were not allowed. I decided to exchange the blazers for a pair of boots. I handed the boots (in their box) to the staff at the counter, but when they packed it, they gave me the wrong box. When I got home and opened it, I was shocked to find it wasn’t the item I selected. Excellent deals, stores a bit cramped but what do you expect from an outlet store
Staff was ok but the whole store is a mess. Being a DFO store, surprised to find that DJ and Myer have cheaper prices on certain items.
