We almost skipped going to Seed on our trip to L.A., and I'm so glad we didn't! This place is all about the (vegan) burgers, which is what my husband and I ordered, but I could have eaten here every day of the week. I wanted to try so much on their menu! I already own one of their macrobiotic cookbooks (aspiring to be healthy, but obviously have a ways to go on that journey), so I was expecting a more health-focused joint, but I was pleasantly surprised with the belly-filling goodness available.
