While I love the job they have done on Jules, except for the few times they forgot to file her nails, I won't be bringing her in ever again. The girl at the counter gave Jules to another woman. Jules doesn't look like the other dog. Her coloring is different and her face shape is different. Had my Mom who picked her up for me hadn't been there at that time, she would have gone home with someone else. Yes the woman should have known that she wasn't her dog, but the staff needs to know who is who so this doesn't happen again.

Thanks, Charles! We love them like they're our own, but we are human. :-( I'm wondering if it was a newer employee that didn't know them as well as most of us do. Yorkies can be particularly challenging to tell apart sometimes, but we don't ever want this kind of thing to happen (or even almost happen).
I take my baby here only because I like the work his groomer does. However, the customer service is awful. If I leave a message I hope to receive a return call at least within 24 hours. I called Thursday, left a message and did not receive a call. Made a call today (Monday) and it wasn't even mentioned after I said I left a message. Another thing is always having to provide all my info each time. Instead of writing it on a piece of paper, perhaps creating a usable database would be helpful to easily search and confirm client... read more

I'm so sorry that we did not return your phone call promptly! I'm not sure what happened but we do try to return all calls in the same day we receive the message. We even call people back from the caller ID if we know we missed a call and no message was left. I will say that we have had problems with our voice mail from time to time where the message does not show up until days later. I'm so sorry if that is what happened. We did it ourselves, and had a great morning with our pooch! He didn't love it, but he was less stressed out! Staff was wonderful! Great place!
We used to go to a "retail store" for grooming services for our little schnauzer, but once we got a second addition to our fuzzy children, a Goldendoodle, I wanted to see what other grooming services were available and stumbled across See Spot Clean, and I am very glad we did! My dog had an unexplained chunk out of his nose. His nails were not trimmed upon pick up and then were bleeding after waiting another 20 minutes.

Hi, Corrie! I'm so sorry your experience was not fabulous. There was a pink spot on his nose, but it looked like he may have had a scab that washed away. It wasn't fresh or bleeding, but just a pink spot of skin that looked recently healed. I am so sorry about the nails! They should have been done before you picked up and it did take way too long for us to get them done. I'm so, so sorry for the long wait you had.
They always do a great job on my dogs. I have been using them for years.
First time there was completely affordable and my dog looks amazing !
