Today my husband and son came in to wash our dog. This was the first and last time. The staff were not wearing masks and when repeatedly ask to please put one on they would and then quickly take it off again. The employees also were kept coming very close to them without a mask while they were trying to wash our dog. This cauaed my son to have a panic attack becauae he was worried about his safety. I am so sorry for your son's experience in our shop. We absolutely do wear masks when 6 feet cannot be maintained. There are workers behind the dividing wall from the self serve area and we usually have our masks off while a safe distance away. Working in the moisture makes us more susceptible to infections if they are worn continuously but we change them frequently and absolutely do wear them when coming close. They have always been amazing and friendly, it is a very welcoming place
Our first visit here... Not only was the staff amazing, it was affordable and my boy looked sooo handsome after his grooming
We take our black lab here about every 4-6 weeks. He always seems so comfortable with the girls and delightfully walks to the back area. They do a wonderful job with his bath and his toe nail trimmings. We love it here.

It’s the BEST! The only place I’ll take my dog. They do a great job. No crates. He gets to hang out with all the other dogs. Highly recommend them!
