I should have walked out as soon as I walked in. The employee upfront was proudly wearing a Hillary for Prison shirt. Regardless of where you stand on the Political spectrum it isn't appropriate to bring that into a Business setting. Business must be so good for them that they choose to alienate 50% of their potential client base like this. It is a shame because they are priced fairly and everyone seemed friendly, but you have lost a customer as I will never return again.
I love that they take care of my Bailey girl. Always a good job.

Friendly staff, with suitable washing materials. When it came to drying our two Rottweilers, they only had two mobile dying units that were in use by two other women (with 4 wash tubbs I might add)? $30 later, me and my wife are waiting there for 10 minutes as our dogs are damp and shivering; watching the other two women dry their clothes with the dryers. Most of the time companies don’t care a whole lot about customer service I contemplated and set up a schedule for another place after many years of going there.Only to have the owner call me and asked me what was done and if anything can be done better just the fact that she called and had made the effort won me back over well done it’s the little things in life. #respect
