I had a terrible experience at See Eyewear at the summit. The staff I worked with sold me two very expensive eyeglasses and didn’t know how to fit me correctly. The glasses gave me migraines. Then it took two months to have the eyeglasses redone. And the second pair had to be redone twice. I had to overpay to have the glasses redone and no financial concessions at all were offered for the poor experience. Do yourself a favor & go somewhere else.

From the moment we came in the customer service was friendly and inviting. They were patient and genuine. We our from out of town but if we are ever back in Birmingham we are definitely stopping by for another new pair of glasses.
