This place is a piece of shit . Seduction don’t give a damn about you . Only your money and once they receive all of it you might as well call it a day . Jenny, the coordinator is a piece of shit ! Alexa is a piece of shit the CEO Gretel is a piece of shit . They are all after your money and don’t care about you or your health . They have all these hidden fees and hidden Secrets saying they don’t have Deaths when they have plenty an seduction name have been changed numerous of times Google is your best friend zero stars

I put money down in 2019 before covid19 showed its big ugly face. I did the deposit and was paying extra through 2019 - 2020. I ended up having to extend my contract due to covid19 and the company I work for was not allowing us to travel outside of our peninsula . When I extended my contract I was told that I would not able allowed to extend it again. Now 2021 the same company I still work for is not allowing us to travel to HOT states and Fl is a Hot state with many covid19 cases and one of the highest covid19 rates/deaths.... read more

I had surgery with Dr. Abeer on May 4, 2021. I had researched doctors for over a year. I was excited about working with her. After our virtual consultation, I was comfortable. I learned that she was picky and would cancel if she was uncomfortable. That made me anxious, but I appreciate it. I contacted my coordinator every week to ensure I did what I needed to avoid getting canceled. The day of my surgery, she was 2 hours late. If you don't value your money go get your surgery done here. Horrible costumer service as long as they get your money they don't care about you anymore. I'm only giving 1star because I can't give 0 star

I would give not a half of a star if I could, this place is a total disaster, everything they have written is true, I completed all of my labs sent them 3 weeks prior to my surgery date, I was cleared for surgery, I spent a lot of money getting to Miami, I paid a deposit for a recovery house, I get there the day of the pre-op and they tell me to bring $521 for post op kit and COVID test and 1 mandatory massage. I called there paid 9600 .00 now I can't get a call or text back I called my bank told them what is going on and they refunded my money and closed my card call your bank they should help you

I can't even give then a half star but I can't submit without giving a star. The pre-op gave me the run around 4 days leading up the actual pre-op appointment, sending me to some third world clinic for an HIV test because my 60 day HIV test done by my PCP was outdated, the clinic blew my vein, which is bruised and swollen. On the day before surgery, I had to stop eating by 12 am and didn't meet with Dr.Sampson until the 5:30 pm day of surgery. This surgery center has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I initially went in for my consult the day before surgery and was packed into a full waiting room with several other women. I waited at least an hour before being seen. I paid for the surgery insurance in case I wanted to make adjustments after my full recovery. I was told that it wouldn’t be a full bbl, but would add more if I needed a little extra. My surgery time was scheduled for 6pm the next day.
