The entire staff starting with Stephanie Garcia-coordinator, Evelyn-pre-op coordinator, Cynthia getting me ready for surgery, Jackie in post-op and Dr, Narayanan Nair my wonderful surgeon. I would give them all an A rating. They made me feel comfortable. Dr. Nair is top-notch. He really cares about you and the work he does. 3 months after my surgery I regret having undergone this surgery. It is an expensive surgery but the attention in this place is negligent. I paid for everything in good time and according to the pre-operative day I had to pay an amount of $580 for a package that included everything I needed in the post-operative period and this is not real. At the beginning very responsive, very kind I dealt with a girl by the name of Rosanny super "sweet" When we spoke, she told me they will charge me $11200 for removal of Biopolymer whether it was an open incision cut or not. I strongly suggest you go with a different company. These people could care less if I were dead or alive based on aftercare/post-op. They start out super responsive & kind. As my procedure neared & they had full payment, I could barely reach anyone. I was told for months to prepare to stay in Miami for 7-10 days for post-op appts & after care. They stole $4500 from me. Nair kept setting my date off and telling me to get cleared from several different doctors in my hometown. After getting everything cleared he refused my surgery and now seduction will not refund me my money. All he can say is seduction has your money not me. And it was all done within the 30 days. LILI called me every single morning for my full payment and once they got it all the BS started. This is sad how they do people and steal there money. They deserve a ZERO rating!!!!
I got a tummy tuck surgery done on Tuesday, April 5 with Dr. Nair. This review is going to be a little long because I want to talk about the whole experience. My coordinator was Ashley Gonzalez. She was nice and answered my questions. I made my contract one year prior and so i made payment little by little which is something I loved because I wasn’t rushed.
