I been living here for 2 going on 3 years I love it ,The management is the best they fix everything in your home as soon as it is reported . I never have to worry about any home evasion or police its very quiet out here .
Ive lived here for 3 years, and its the same problem month after month. Pool is closed most of the year. The leasing agents are rude and liars. Maintenance guys are cool, but are only 2 of them so it's backed up. Trash everywhere.
Lauren is great! So glad the new company took over. They're actually in the office and answer the phone unlike the old office staff. Felix is the sweetest and takes care of maintenence promptly. Downside: The walls are VERY thin. I can hear everything my upstairs neighbors bicker about. The complex is older and needs some updates, which should come eventually now that there is new management. Honestly, my neighbor experience has been so poor I can't wait for my lease to end. I love the actual apartment and location though.
We don't feel at home here due to threats of eviction and large fees due to my Chihuahua being off leash two times, mind you by accident, leash malfunction, and escaping out the door. Parking sticker will cost you fifty dollars if you lose it, beware..Because it's such a privilege to pay to live here and park here. They treat you like a criminal if you violate a minor lease term, rather than talking to you with the least bit of respect. Multiple things were wrong with the unit when we moved in.
