This place is terrible. If you like the décor is from 1975, everything needs to be updated. The cabinets are water stained and don't close properly. The bath tub is the same one that was here in 1975. The carpet is so cheap. The upstairs neighbors are loud and inconsiderate. They don't pick up their dog poop so you get to step in it. The list goes on but I hope this gives you an idea what your in for.

I MOVED IN SUMMER 2012. HERE WE ARE FALL 2015 AND A LEAK FROM THAT WINTER IN THE BATHROOM IS STILL NOT FIXED. SINCE IVE MOVED IN THERE HAVE BEEN 3 "SHOOTINGS", A FIRE, BREAK IN'S, AND DOGS POOPING IN THE POOL (GROSS RIGHT?). THEY ALLOW LARGE BREED DOGS TO LEAVE THEIR POOP ALL OVER THE PROPERTY SO IF YOU WANT YOUR CHILDREN TO PLAY OUTSIDE THAT IS OUT OF THE QUESTION. I am only forced to put one star in order to write my review.. THIS PLACE IS A DAMN NIGHTMARE. MANAGEMENT IS F****** UNPROFESSIONAL IT IS BEYOND WORDS. THEY TRY TO GET LOUD AND GHETTO WITH YOU AS THE CUSTOMER WHEN REPORTING PROBLEMS. THEY TAKE FOREVER WITH WORK ORDERS THAT ARE PRIORITY! THEY DON'T CARE AT ALL ABOUT THEIR SERVICE TO YOU AS AND RENTER OR THAT THIS IS YOUR HOME. I WOULD HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO CALL HOME. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE. I use to work here and we lived here at the same time. Easily the worst place I've ever lived. The apartments are total cap. They take forever to fix anything and complain to no end about having to do it. It's like pulling teeth. They use there gym and wreck room as a selling point which is very nice. The kitchen in there is amazing and then you walk into the apartment and your like wtf is this shit hole? Luckily we have our own home now. Don't ever move here.

They allow smoking inside... now everything I own smells like smoke. Obviously it's never discussed when signing their lease with your 7 mo. old son in your lap. When asked to get help, "it's not going to change, just like the number 23." Whatever that means.... what it says though is that they don't care.!! They are the only major apartment in San Angelo that allows such.
