We’ve been having ongoing ac problems since 10 days after we moved in May 4th. Only been living here for 3 months and has recently broke for the 7th TIME! We’ve expressed how miserable it is to be living here in the summer with a broken ac. We are just asking for our ac to permanently be fixed. I say *permanently* because they came, but did temporary fixes all 7 times they have came. I recommend y’all hire a new maintenance who can actually get the job done. Rate -1 star. They refuse to fix air conditioner in their apartments. Don’t go there!!!
The leasing staff is great. Everyone is wonderful.
FYI, smoking is allowed inside the units, which isn't disclosed anywhere. They don't say a word about it until you're stuck living inside a unit that smells like the inside of a cigarette. We now have clothes, blankets, furniture, sheets, and towels that smell like cigarette even though WE DO NOT SMOKE.
If you enjoy black mold, no ac, broken appliances, shitty neighbors, asinine office staff, ghetto maintenance staff - then this is the place for you!!
