This is my first month living at Sedgwick Gardens managed by Lindy Properties. I couldn’t be more thrilled. Yesterday, Natalie Dixon (From Lindy) and Ron, our custodian hosted the 2nd barbecue picnic in the courtyard this month. The first was July 4th. As a newcomer, I’m grateful for these chances to meet and schmooze with my new neighbors.
