I am very disappointed with my experience. I was required to provide a $500 deposit while my application was still pending review. In my opinion, a deposit should only be collected after an applicant has been approved and has decided to accept the apartment, not while waiting for a decision. Unfortunately, my application did not move forward, and it has now been over a week since I was told the deposit would be returned. I still have not received my refund. I just moved into Sedgwick Station apartments and it is so nice, updated appliances and in unit laundry!!! Jane was a HUGE help and made our move in nice and smooth providing direct support. Definitely wouldn’t have been able to do it without her!
We love it here, it is so peaceful. The area we reside is so quiet and peaceful. Management an maintenance is great. Easy access to train or buses. In a very quiet neighborhood.Amenities are good.even though I have never participated in the movie nights here in the summer time my neighbors say it’s good. One day I want to participate. But all in all Sedgwick apartments is a great place to live.
I have 1 complaint, the trash running over in the dumpsters. Its very embarrassing when I have visitors. There has to be some way to keep the neighborhood from dumping their trash. Other then that, its decent living here.
