Oh, how I do love my apartment-living in this little community! From the curved arch doorways to the ample sunlight and fresh air from screened windows, the building has a feel of home within for me. Steps away from a neighborhood bookstore, fiber arts store, dry cleaner, vintage shop, children's toy and consignment shop, coffee shop and community co-operative corner stores, bus routes, and train...the skies are blue here, the folks friendly, and the fun of center city a short ride away!
Sedgwick Gardens apartments are spacious. Maintenance responds quickly and does good work to keep up the appearance of the property.
Clean, spacious apartment with lots of light from corner windows. Grounds are well kept and mgt is responsive. Laundry in basement is clean and convenient. Can’t beat the location, 5 min walk to Mt. Airy Village and Carpenter’s Woods. Plenty of on street parking and 10 min walk to train. The neighbors are very friendly and welcoming.
I moved into Sedgwick Gardens in March of 2024. I have really enjoyed my time here. The apartment is very nice and spacious, larger than I expected. The complex is lovely and well maintained. Everyone that I have met has been very friendly and I have had no issues or complaints. The neighborhood is beautiful and I enjoy walking around. It’s overall quiet and peaceful. Overall a fantastic experience living here and I would definitely recommend to a friend.
