Ok place while I lived there but…I lived here until November and was on a month to month lease while waiting for my new home to be completed. From September through early December, I was in regular communication with the leasing office about my move out date. I moved into Sedgwick Gardens in March of 2024. I have really enjoyed my time here. The apartment is very nice and spacious, larger than I expected. The complex is lovely and well maintained. Everyone that I have met has been very friendly and I have had no issues or complaints. The neighborhood is beautiful and I enjoy walking around. It’s overall quiet and peaceful. I have been a tenant at Sedgwick Gardens going on nine years and I absolutely love it here!!! During my time here I have not had any huge issues and the small things that I have come across have been resolved in a quick and thorough manner. I would definitely recommend anyone that is considering making Sedgwick Gardens their home!! It is a friendly complex that is well kept and a quiet neighborhood.
After I submitted a request for a stove repair, in just a couple of hours I got a call from a Lindy Properties repair man saying he would be there in 20 min. I was thrilled. He arrived and quickly fixed the problem. We discussed how to prevent the problem and how I can fix it it my stove has the same problem again. This was a 5 star response and repair.
