I have a claim that is months old and nothing has been accomplished. I have asked for a supervisor at least 5 times if not more, and no one will call me back. I have property damage from an install. This company is ridiculous. There is no timely manner.
How is this company still able to manage claims of any kind? They have the most disrespectful, heartless, underpaid, distasteful, unsympathetic, misinformed, noncommunication skilled claims adjusters. They flat out lie, email you with rude intentions, and get mad when you call them out of their BULL. who is the real advocate when you need one within this company? The CEO should be so proud. of his employees at how cutthroat, and evil they are. Just disgusting especially the workers in Tennessee and Kentucky just terrible.
The way this company managed the recall of Lectric faulty break is just awful. Brand protection?? The remaining respect I had for Lectric bike went away with the way this company managed their recall.
