We lived here for about 2.5 years. The office staff was sooooo friendly and helpful and I was surprised how they new my name and where I lived right away; I was never a stranger to them. The maintenance staff was great as well. Every time we needed any help from them they were there right away with a smile on their face. We never felt like we were inconveniencing them and we never had to wait days for assistance. They also did great with the snow removal during the crazy NY snow storms.
We lived there for two years. Friendly staff, and maintenance was always quick to respond to any issues. The only disappointment we had was when we first moved there website said stated they had a community center, which was more so used just for the Maintenance staff.
My family and I lived here about 3 years. The homes are very well maintained. The staff is amazing! They're always there to help no matter what the reason is. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting something worry free and with child friendly playgrounds. If we were still in the area there's no doubt where we would be.
