RecommendedWe lived here for 5 years and it was a great experience. The staff was always so friendly and prompt with anything we needed. I always felt like they went out of their way to make our experience pleasant. They are about 15 to 20 minutes away from the Fort Drum airfield (straight shot to the gate). When we moved in Apt was filthy. Dog hair everywhere from previous tenants. Months later I was still vacuuming and trying to get it all out. I was surprised to hear they have a cleaning lady that goes in after someone moves out because what we saw upon moving in could not have been cleaned by a professional at all. We lived in Sedgwick Pines for 4 years and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Our 3 bedroom garden apartment was spacious and affordable. The neighborhood was wonderful- Carthage is a great town to live in and Sedgwick Pines was a great community for families. Without a doubt, the best part of living in Sedgwick Pines was the staff- everyone in the leasing office and on maintenance staff were all so wonderful to us. Best place I've lived in 20+ years of military! Quiet Community, Staff goes out of their way to ensure all maintenance is completed quickly. Office staff super polite and definitely wants to ensure all tenants are satisfied with the apartments. I will for sure make it a point to rent from them again if I make it back to the area.
The owner is rude and makes assumptions of the worst case senario. She is unwilling to have a civil conversation when it comes to conflicts or disagreements. They personally "remove " the snow with their own trucks. You'll be shoveling snow more than they will be clearing it. Don't get caught with your dog of a leash(that includes playing fetch or anything involving them not being tethered to you) The owner will flip her lid and remind you in a rude way of the lease agreements. We've been here since 2010 so you can imagine how much we love this place.... The management and the maintenance people are the best!!!!! ���
I came here two years ago very frustrated because that I couldn't find a decent apartment. I found Sedgwick pines and it turned out wonderful. The apartments are very spacious and clean. The women in the office are so nice ( love Jolene! (:) the maintenance is very helpful! Highly recommend living here!
