I had the pleasure of working with Sedgewick and designed a custom home through their custom design program. Having previously built a home, I can't express what a blessing this experience was for me. The sales process was amazing and created a vision for the home and the process. I don't know what happened with those people who rated low for Sedgewick, but I've had an awesome experience so far. My sales associate, Brian, has been extremely knowledgeable and always quick to respond to my inquiries whether by phone or text. My house has all the framing done, about half the shingles on the roof, the guest tub/shower combo is in, the septic is in, the yard cleared in the back, and the garage has been filled with dirt and gravel in preparation for cement. Terrible experience with Sedgewick. Jonathan is great and believes in what he is selling, but the rest of the company didn't deliver or back-up what is being promised. The planning process went very smoothly and moved quickly, but as soon as that phase was over, it went downhill quickly from there. This place is horrible! We were lied to, sent a very disrespectful email and pretty much got taken for $500. Do not waste your time, they do not care about their customers
We started off thinking that Sedgewick Homes was going to be an excellent partner. However, over time our experience went down hill. We began working with Don Mead at the Pinebluff office in January. It did not take us long to find a home plan that we thought would work with some modifications, but then things began to take a negative turn. Not only for the quality of our beautiful home, but also the quailty in customer care we have recieved before and after our home has been completed.
