Your billing department is scamming it's patients and I'm currently working with someone to get everything rectified. You people are saying no one is paying you but you're cashing the checks and then sending things off to collections. The dentist was nice but if you want to save your pockets and sanity, don't go there!!! The woman at the front desk who apparently handles billing is rude and condescending when you call and ask for her help. RecommendedYesterday I had a dental procedure done at Sedalia Family Dentistry. I’m terrified, literally, of going to the dentist. But Dr. Chapell and his staff made me feel very comfortable. I had little to no pain and I’m doing great today. I appreciate them so much! They educated me on how to take care of my teeth from now on and even gave me a complimentary product to use. Very thankful.

On January 9, 2018, Dr. Chappell and his professional staff performed laser surgery on my husband Gary's upper gum area. Gary said the procedure was done quickly and was nearly pain-free.
Amazing experience yet again. Dr Chappell used his new laser machine on a cavity I was putting off getting filled due to the fear of an injection. It was completely pain free. He said he was done before I even realized he started. Dental hygienist, Kim Parrott, did the most thorough cleaning and exam I have ever had. I would highly recommend this dental office!
Sedalia Family Dentistry is great. Welcome with lots of smiles, which makes a person feel comfortable. Very clean environment! Everyone makes you feel like you are visiting with friends. Dr. Chappell is very good at his job and knows how to make you feel comfortable. Always makes you laugh at least once a visit. They also play great music! I'm sure there is much more. 😁
I love coming here dr Chappell is a very nice dentist and has been really awesome with my braces 😁
The hygienists are friendly and thorough. Dr Chappell is the best dentist that I’ve been to. Makes going to the dentist much easier!
