Unable to reach anyone in TX for new service. Odd thing is the phone number listed on Google is Houston 713 but the person who answers says they’re located in another state and doesn’t have the TX number. Called before that and was transferred twice and then told someone would call me back. Still haven’t heard from anyone. Guess they don’t want my business. Sad thing is I’m an existing client. Maybe I should call billing dept and if I owed money then they’d talk to me. SMH.
We've been customers of Security World for over 30 years. I had a system installed by them at our first home and again at this home. we recently had them upgrade our control panel and keypad. Other family members have bought systems from them based on our recommendation. You can't go wrong with Security World. By the way, the same guy who serviced our system recently was the technician who installed it 25 years ago.
