The company was OK while using, but when I no longer needed service and my contract was over,They kept charging me, gave me a very hard time and attitude. I had to call and dispute the charges with my card, then SSA finally called me back after the numerous attempts to fix with SSA. But instead of being apologetic, they gave me more attitude and told me to Google how to disconnect the system so that I wouldn’t have a continuous loud beep. 😡🤬
I don't know what happened to this company, but stay away. The last two times our alarm went off we didn't receive a call until 30 minutes later! Our small business could have been robbed blind by the time we were notified or they contacted the police. We actually disconnected the entire system thinking it would trigger the alarm. Nope! Not one phone call, text, email, nothing. Completely useless. Best part is, they are still trying to bill us! For what?! I think they owe us a refund at this point. What a joke.
