SSA has been a great partner in servicing our fire and security needs. Sondra and Eric are always eager to help solve any problem or question that arises. Both of these people have called me after hours if that was what was necessary to achieve a resolution. The technician Josh was especially helpful on 2 occasions where operator error was the culprit. He was patient and kind in explaining the proper operation of our alarm system. All in all, a quality operation, with dedicated staff!!
