I don't know what happened to this company, but stay away. The last two times our alarm went off we didn't receive a call until 30 minutes later! Our small business could have been robbed blind by the time we were notified or they contacted the police. We actually disconnected the entire system thinking it would trigger the alarm. Nope! Not one phone call, text, email, nothing. Completely useless. Best part is, they are still trying to bill us! For what?! I think they owe us a refund at this point. What a joke.

I was so happy that, when the service tech was unable to help me, the service manager called me personally and quickly resolved our issue. He was so patient and thorough! We are approaching 15 years with SSA and have been continually pleased with our service. Thank you for keeping our family safe and providing excellent customer service.
