This place is horrible don’t recommend. Last night we found out our storage had been broken into. Nobody was able to help us they couldn’t get in contact with the manager and they just told us they would give us a call no one ever called. If you have a storage with them I recommend to going to check it cause Ours wasn’t the only one broken into there was more storage units with broken locks.
I’ve been coming to this specific CubeSmart for about 4 years. I’ve dealt with the office several times. I love that they are friendly, prompt, efficient and just over all helpful. For a huge corporation like CubeSmart, I feel like I’m going to a locally-owned place who actually cares.

They don’t deserve a star Do not rent at this storage here the service is bad and the general manager is no help they triple your prices. her name is Jessica.i have asked her to do one thing and she keeps going around in circles to avoid t0 do it. I would like to spk with someone above her. She said in her own words they don’t have time to speak with me. We are paying customers that pay this high prices a 5x10 paying over 130$.
