I haven’t moved in yet, but the whole process of speaking to Kristina, (the on-site manager), and talking about what our needs were, and then the process online to book our unit was seamless, super easy, and very professional. Kristina is amazing, so kind and welcoming, we’re really excited to have signed a lease here!
The new general manager Kristina has been very sweet and very understanding. She was able to assist me with additional storage needs that I needed , and she has been very patient with me. This facility has been much better since she's been in place. Make sure to ask for her when you go to the facility.
Kristina has been very helpful and very professional with our storage needs. The facility is always clean and she is always acknowledging other customers as she walks her property. She is by far one of the best managers that I have come across with all of the stores places I have stored with before. She is definitely an asset to this company and a true sweetheart to us customers.
