Easy online system but NO ONE in the office for 2 days and did not answer the phone. Could not leave a message because the system was full. I wanted to know if a unit was available in a different building. Guess I will just keep what I got. I went to get the contract and key from the unit but wasn’t told it would be zip tide. I had nothing to cut it with and no one there to help. Came back the second day and no one in the office.
I arrived near closing due to traffic and construction in the area but the cube smart representative was great. He stayed to show me 2 units and I chose a 3rd he was patient with me and I rented a unit.
Very helpful and easy to work with. Manager was very kind.
My account was closed without notice. I didn't receive a phone call, text, or email. This was done while Eric, the Manager was out on his day off. This is UNPROFESSIONAL. THE EMPLOYEE WHO DID THIS SHOULD BE TERMINATED!
Very good value coupled with strong and focused management. Eric demonstrates good hands on knowledge.
