Bad service. Someone put a lock on my storage unit and management said they didn’t do it but they won’t “get involved” and cut it off. They made up some scenario about “maybe a cousin or some family member” put it on there. That seems like a bizarre reason to make up to excuse not taking the lock off. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They told me I could spend $40 (which I don’t have) to get it cut off. And they made me wait over 24 hours and multiple unanswered phone calls before blessing me with that little nugg... read more
