Paid for a full month of storage at storage location on Lamar in Austin. Had to move due to property being sold (fine) - however was never reimbursed for the storage I had paid for and did not get. Will be disputing with my credit card company as the storage facility has their phones cut off.
Gave renters 10 days notice via an e-mail to move out of their units the Monday before Easter weekend. Had to hire movers very last minute. I live out of state. LandVest did not reimburse the moving fees. LandVest renters paid for the whole month of April, and were forced to move out early; no reimbursement was given for the extra days that renters paid for. -UPDATE- Thank you for the reply: However... unfortunately, nowhere in the contract says I will pay for a whole month of storage renting and receive half a month of stor... read more
