Sharon, the manager, is one of a kind. She will go the extra mile to lend a helping hand. If you are loading or unloading and need some help, holler at her and she will help you out. We needed a dolly and didn't have one and she was passing by us while we were looking at how we were going to unload the refrigerator. She stopped and asked if we had a dolly and we told her no. Then she told us to hold on and went and got a dolly for us. Then told us if we needed anything else, don't hesitate to ask.
