Rosa is a fantastic office manager. I have the utmost respect for her service and her dedication. However, my situation regarding fees, and an overpayment refund, request fell on deaf ears, or required a policy exception, that the Regional Manager just would not even consider. I realize it’s a storage facility, however paying excessive fees despite being disabled, together with paying an entire month, and subsequently being denied a pro-rate refund for an 8 day overpayment, when the unit is vacant is just wrong and bad for b... read more
Rosa and the staff were great. Super nice and accomodating. I have been with this storage for 3 years and it has been a great experience.
This place is a great place to store your trailer. I've been here for over a year & 6mos with no issues. I even left a very costly tool to my trailer out for over 6mos came back thinking well thats gone 'to my surprise it was still right where I left it'... "I highly recommend this storage site" for storing your items big or small. I will even come back for future storage needs. Thank you for keeping a great watch over my trailer while I was not able to.
Love and very grateful for this place it has the best rates and the cleanest and nicest facility. Also, the staff is amazing. I will probably never leave the storage unit. 😊
