If you are looking for friendly staff and helpful customer service, I recommend you look elsewhere. Whatever woman answered the phone on 9/9/25 around 1:30ish pm is very rude and inconsiderate. She could probably use a phone etiquette class to keep you from losing customers from her attitude. I would not have to call for prices if you would simply put a basic price list on your website that could be updated as prices change. I typically don’t leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my recent experience due to the sheer lack of professionalism I encountered. During a recent visit, I had an extremely unpleasant interaction with one of the forklift operators on site. No stars. I ordered $5300 worth of materials and was told 4 to 6 week delivery. No problem. Paid 100% up front. 10 weeks later, I keep getting the runaround. Excuses about a delivery driver. I cancelled my order. They wanted to charge me $518 "restocking" fee. I said no. They reduced it to $260 "restocking" fee. Why should I pay restocking for an order that was never shipped? Horrible business practices. Will never do business with these people. Considering filing lawsuit to get all my money back.
