No stars. I ordered $5300 worth of materials and was told 4 to 6 week delivery. No problem. Paid 100% up front. 10 weeks later, I keep getting the runaround. Excuses about a delivery driver. I cancelled my order. They wanted to charge me $518 "restocking" fee. I said no. They reduced it to $260 "restocking" fee. Why should I pay restocking for an order that was never shipped? Horrible business practices. Will never do business with these people. Considering filing lawsuit to get all my money back.

Good metal choices
Just called for a price on Metal. Woman was pretty rude IMO. 11/30/20 can’t even order until 1/4/20 told her thank you and she just hung up. Guess with all the hurricanes they need any other business. I’ve used them before years ago, but not again and will not recommend
