The staff is so amazing here, especially Kristen. She really seems to care and take an interest in what’s going on. I was in a tough situation when Kristen pulled some strings to make sure I was taken care of. She made me feel like I was more than just another customer. I will never forget her patience and professionalism when dealing with the circumstance I was in. I recommend this company over all others.
I've had service with Security First for about three years now and I really recommend this company. My installer was friendly and knowledgable, and each member of the staff has been extremely professional and kind. They follow up to make sure everything is going great and are very responsive to questions or concerns. Not only this but they are affordable and efficient. 5 stars all around!

Brian did an amazing job installing our alarm. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He even made sure to follow up to make sure our alarm was working the way we were hoping it would and to make sure we didn't have any additional questions or concerns.
