Angie was helpful in the move out process. However, the storage company raised my rate after a few months without any explanation nor follow up
While my initial experience as a first-time renter was positive, I’ve since grown frustrated and decided to move out. Be aware that rates are subject to increase—don’t assume your initial price is locked in. The front-line staff have been consistently helpful and professional, but unfortunately, I’ve found that management at a higher level lacks responsiveness and accountability. I'm now looking for a facility with more consistent oversight and better long-term value.

I had a great experience at secure space. The place is well-maintained, secure, and easy to access — everything you’d want from a storage facility.
