My dad and I had such a great experience thanks to Puna! From the very start, she was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made the entire process so quick and easy. She patiently answered all of our questions and set us up with a 10x7 unit without any hassle. We truly appreciated her professionalism and warm personality, highly recommend asking for Puna if you need storage!
The facility is fairly new so everything about it is top notch. That said, hands down the best thing the facility has to offer is their office staff, in particular Puna. On two separate occasions I had to go into the office to address a matter. Not only was she professional, cordial, and knowledgeable, she was client first focused, as evident in her out the box resolution suggestions presented. I felt heard, appreciated, and valued. Very happy with our partnership.

❤️Puna❤️Puna, I had to move from a larger unit to a smaller one this past Thursday. Puna arranged all the details, walked me through the process, etc. AND we had some laughs. I know that’s not a part of the job description, I probably should pay her separately for the humor therapy😂 And last but not least, the other guy (omigosh…so sorry…forgot your name…I could look on the website😓) helped me on Saturday with the finishing touches to make sure all was good to go.
