Very thorough! He will inspect every inch of the house. Very knowledgeable in how to repair all kinds of problems. Knows the local building codes, and will let you know if the house is up to code. Great person to work with.
Tim has done an extremely thorough job for me twice, now - he saved me from what would have been a monstrous (and deteriorating) repair-bill-of-a-house and made me feel secure with my decision to buy the next house I chose to put an offer on.
