Tim not only was super friendly and courteous to the current elderly owner who I bought my house from, but really took his time taking pictures and ensuring everything in the property was thoroughly examined. He supplied me with a detailed 30+ page document noting everything correct or incorrect in the house as well as items to keep an eye on. Then he came back out and did a second pest inspection (lender messed up and took to long to close 90 day period expired) within a day if calling. As well as a radon inspection. He is ... read more
