My mother in law used their services & I was highly disappointed with their lack of communication when it came to providing dates/times when someone was going to come out to fix damages that were caused by their contractors. I even had to make calls to follow up as well & they would make promises to call back & they never did & then you would try to call again & they would ignore your calls. I very much appreciate Ian's expertise in assessing storm damage. He has an unparalleled level of technical knowledge and is also very kind. It's rare in this industry to find someone who does exactly what they say. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.
Poor work. They damaged some floors and furniture. Also several items have not been found. Encapsulation services were expensive, but not good. We have to re-encapsulate. I would not recommend this company.
