Thank you so much guys! You totally saved my skin. Without you guys, I honestly don’t know what I would have done! I hired secure remote support to recover some lost files. Apparently, I had accidentally gotten a virus on my computer that had corrupted my files and caused me to lose my thesis paper that I had been working on for 6 months! Every time I tried to open it, it would pop up a word document with a bunch of random letters and symbols I'd never seen before. They had informed me that it was a virus that deletes all yo... read more
