Great guys! Will use again Secure Remote repaired numerous malware infections on my home computer last week. I held off writing this review until I knew for sure that the computer was squared away and wasn't having anymore issues.
A+ managed IT services In June of 2014 our company hired Secure Remote Support to set up small business startup office that included 12 computers, 4 laptops, 2 printers/scanners and a server that we use to house client projects and our exchange. We also hired them to manage our exchange server.
excellent work I hired Secure Remote Support based on the suggestion of another customer of theirs. I've gone through a couple different services and have gotten screwed over, so I was really hoping that didn't happen again.
pleasure to work with, This company does exactly what they say: Joe remotely took control of my computer and spent most of a day on hold with HP. through the whole process. He later told me that they fixed the communication issue in less than a half-hour; what dragged the process was being on hold with HP because after the connection was reestablished the printer still was giving me error messages.
