Beware Renters – We rented from these people. Never had a late payment, took care of the property but when we moved out they charged us for damage that was noted on our check in sheet. They kept most of our deposit. When I sent a letter asking for an explanation they ignored us. So unless you want to go through the courts to get your deposit back don't rent from them
