Achieved exactly what I needed - data recovered from my SD card. I was really scared it was gone for good but they were able to retrieve everything. Plus Jake Gambatese made the process easy.
They were able to recover 100% of my data from an encrypted external drive!!! Chris was extra helpful through the whole process with info and updates. Pricing is very fair for the service they provide!!!

Although they were a little pricey, they recovered ALL my data that otherwise would have been lost forever. The turnaround time was very good and there was a drop off location nearby so I did not have to travel far or make a trip to the Post Office to send my external hard drive myself.
