The initial possibility of a $400 recovery was going to be worth the while to recover a few files off the bad drive, they were a little pricey as in $1,900 for full recovery after receiving the drive and analyzing. While this was more than we was willing to spend Chris McMacken was terrific! He kept me informed as to what it would take to recover and that the damage was severe but could be recovered.
