A dog jumped on my hard drive as I was in the middle of editing a video for my freelance business. The head was damaged, disc scratched and I was basically done for. My external hard drive crashed! I was horrified and didn't know what to do! The technician who I worked with, Chris McCracken, was so helpful and friendly. He answered my many questions. And the bonus is that they were able to recover my data.
