We used this storage place when we were preparing to move to Amarillo. We’d bring a load and place in the controlled temp units. Then after moving and getting everything out we decided to keep the unit to store our extra things. We have had no problems and enjoy the controlled climate!
Since the change to public storage, I am unable to access the door to where my unit is at. There is no one ever at the office when I go for assistance and paper on door says to go to other location for assistance. I went and they gave me a door code for my location and still doesn't work. I attempted the local number and the 877 number and that doesn't help either, its automated and cant get to talk to anyone. And im not driving back and forth to other location for assistance.
I just recently move out of the facility. I had a unit there for a few years. Erin did a great job, She kept the property clean and secure. Her customer service was top notice! Thank you Erin.
