SECU Hospice House was a ver nice and clean facility. My friend's room was a large room with nice furniture and the staff very helpful.
It should be called `The Die in Peace and Dignity House`. There are no words that can adequately described how wonderful this place and staff is. God Bless anyone that has anything to do with this place from the owners to the cleaning staff...Simply Awesome! Thank you!
My mom spent a little over 3 months at SECU Hospice House. During that time she needed different levels of care... they were able to accommodate all her needs and the needs of our family also. My sister and I spent several weeks staying there 24/7 and they were so amazing and accomodating to us as well. They made us laugh, hugged us when we cried and showed us kindness at every turn. The extraordinary staff at SECU Hospice House are second to none! The level of care and concern I have experienced have been absolutely amazing! Tami, their Clinical Manager, leads the staff by her positive example and exceptional people skills. They have made my father's last days on this earth very comfortable. Thank you so, so, much!
I was hesitant about choosing this facility mainly because of the distance, that I wouldn't be able to visit my mom on a daily basis. I can't imagine my mom having been placed in any other facility. The staff here is unbelievable! They were welcoming from the first day to the last. They met my family's needs as well as took excellent care of my mom as she transitioned.
