We didn't have a.c. the first night. No chair in the room. No hot water the third night. Left 2 days early.
Loving our quiet getaway in Tahoe! Secrets is within walking distance to the restaurants, the gondola, shopping centers and ski lifts. We just got done Zip Lining, amazing! Our room was cozy and clean. Service was great! They helped us figure out where to go and what to do. Would recommend this hotel for couples!
