This place is the absolute perfect get away for couples. The location is ideal - within walking distance of the gondolas and casinos. The staff is wonderful. The rooms are very clean. And the bed is sooo comfortable! We didn't want to leave. Thank you Lynn, we will be back!
Dirty room, crappy parking, and less than helpful management. Spend your money elsewhere and enjoy your stay in SLT.
I wish I could give it a negative star.... see comments for pictures. Having stayed at Secrets Inn before and having had a pleasant experience, we decided to stay again. This time we booked the Alpine Room based on the photos shown on the internet. Upon our arrival we found almost nowhere to park due to the limited spaces. Super romantic, quiet and cozy! Booked the Cali suite, couldn't be happier with my giant bath tub with jets. I cannot wait until I can stay here again!
Love this inn! The rooms are ao so nice and romantic! Its quiet there and close to everything! Lynn the manager is just a doll and is amazing! The entire staff is so friendly and helpful you just don't get customer service like that anymore! We will be back and will be recommending this inn to all our friends and family
Horrible service, placed on wrong side of property with a pet by the night check in person. The next morning advised that I was charged $50 for my dog barking and because it was on the wrong side of the property. Whose fault is that? I booked a pet friendly room you were supposed to put me in one. And they also charged my credit card without informing me first which I thought and got back. This company is owned by nothing but scammers and there's cockroaches in the rooms
I loved it wonderful experience, nice and cozy room. The only thing is some of my lights were out
