Poorly built, cut corners on construction. Frame splintered and eventually snapped from normal use, company's repairer suggested someone "jumped" on it which is garbage. Private repairer patched cheap laminated timber with proper pine and seamstress patched what she called "cheap thin" fabric with heavy duty stuff appropriate for upholstery. Not only did the cheap "glued together/laminated wooden" frame splinter and break after a couple of years of light use only (NOT how the licensed repairer suggested it was probably "jumped on", what garbage) but the leather back pillows have now ripped! The seamstress said that it's likely because of the poor quality, extremely THIN and light weight fabric under the Velcro. We are replacing /patching with better fabric at our cost, without bothering to speak to the company wouldn't cover the repair to the frame. We patched t... read more
I recently visited the Rouse Hill showroom and purchased a lovely 3 seater fabric lounge. A special mention to Oliver who assisted me with my purchase. Oliver was fantastic to deal with and he even helped me to load my new sofa into my vehicle so that I could transport it home on the same day. My family and I love our new comfortable sofa which looks great! Thanks and highly recommend Secret Sofa Rouse Hill.

Doesn't last - not for daily use? We purchased a Jordie chaise a few years ago and have used as our main couch. Not heavy use - just my partner and I, and our very small children (age 3 and 1 both under 15kg.) We don't often have guests in a fairly remote area and only have elderly parents visit every now and again. My partner and I are in our late thirties and busy working parents.
