I purchased a swivel chair from one of the larger furniture stores who I shall not name. They told me the ETA would be 8 to 12 weeks. Everytime I called, they extended the ETA by another month. Visited on a weekday (02/07/24) and was the only customer. Got ignored, as the person working there was too busy on their phone. Was there for about 20 min finally sat on the lounge right next to the counter ... still nothing. Walked past the counter, to leave as wasn't getting any help. Was asked at that point, and I said I was after a leather sofa and asked if a couple of the fabric ones could be made in leather, answer was no. The only leather ones are on display over there (pointed without moving from behind the counter)... read more
