Best nail shop in Iowa period!
Got my nails done there, paid before hand as they ask you too (and added a tip), went home and took it off. The polish was uneven and had lumps which the lady tried to cover with another coat, French tip lines were not straight and when she finished both hands and saw that one side was thicker than the other, rather than make the one side thinner, she thickened it and the french tip took up a little over a third of the nail. Horrible. Looked like the kids did it. Lots of misquoted prices for a job I had to go back and ask them to finish!!! THEN THEY WERE RUDE AND ARGUMENTATIVE. Lucky I don't post the before photos. NOW, she better not get fungus from handpieces and equipment that I NEVER saw sterilized properly.....actually NOT STERILIZED AT ALL!!!

We only sever for the Another girl you do not pay for her nails and do nothings or any service in our shop why you say like that. We let your kid know how much befor we start doing her nails. She ok & we do it, She just did he nails this morning now you say she may have a fungus that it too quick. You have to say truth.

DO NOT GO!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! MY SISTER WANTED A CERTAIN TYPE OF NAIL AND THEY DID IT INCORRECTLY. SHE ASKED THEM TO RE DO IT AND THEY OWNER GOT MAD AND ROUGHLY STARTED TAKING SOME OFF. SO MY SISTER TOLD HIM TO STOP BECAUSE HE WAS BEING ROUGH AND WANTED HER TO PAY AND WE REFUSED AND HE GOT ANGRY AND RAISED HIS VOICE AT HER. HE STARTED TALKING TO OTHER CUSTOMERS ABOUT HOW SHE DID NOT WANT TO PAY. IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

You tell us last 5 year ago until now we’re the same nothing changes, if you don’t like you don’t have to come back. We do the best we can. But you have to pay. nothing for free in the USA
