Shut them down ! Dirty, unsanitary, nail techs are rude. I bought OPI nail polish which had been watered down . I will never go back !
unlicensed and unsanitary most nail tech in this salon are unlicensed.and unsanitary using unsafe equipment (razor) the IOWA STATE LAW already bang the razor and this salon still use it
AWFUL, RUDE PEOPLE! This place was AWFUL. I went with my mom and it was my first time(I wasn't getting anything done) I sat in a corner next to her while she got her pedicure and the lady who did her pedicure was nice. When she went to get her nails done i sat next to her and noticed a unsatisfied customer. She was upset because they made a mistake with her nails and they STILL insisted on charging her to fix THEIR mistake. Secret Nails is a great place My mom and I went to Secret Nails and they were great. they are pleasant and fun. They joked around while we were there. It is difficult at times to understand the techs but all in all they understand that we don't always understand them and try to speak English well for us.
TERRIBLE!!! Spread the word! DO NOT go to this salon (can't even call it a "salon" maybe a chop shop) if you want a professional and quality manicure. Workers are rude, hurry too fast and do not stand behind their services when things go wrong. I had the WORST manicure there which ended up chipping that very night (it was shellac,too). They do not care about their customers no matter how loyal they have been. There are way better nail salons in IC. Don't waste your time or money on this one.
Pretty toes! Always quick and friendly, the folks at Secret Nails aim to please. They use very good polish, and take their time to do the job right. Feet are soft as silk after a pedi at this salon! PROS: Quick, inexpensive, thorough CONS: lack of atmosphere
Rude, dirty, thieves Dirty, unsanitary, nail techs are rude. I had a pedicure and manicure there and got a fungal infection on both feet that was so bad I had to go through three series of medical treatments. The woman who runs the place refused to give me change for the cash I paid. She acted like she couldn't understand my English. One of the techs told me they aren't allowed to chat with customers, but they sit there and talk to each other constantly. The Johnson County Health Department has shut them down at least twice.
Unlicenced and Me no enlish Many tech doesn't speak good eng;ish so how can they get a license. They are very rude and unprofessional as well. I'll never go back...Not very nice people.
