My husband & 3 children visited for the first time and let me just say "this down home country cooking will make you slap yo Mama!!" It was exceptional food AND service!! We will be going back and taking friends with us!! The Secret Garden is truly the diamond in the rough!
Very bad experience when it comes to customer service. Heard GREAT things about the food but was extremely let down by the way my family was talked to by the gentleman there. He DID tell us they weren't putting out more food. When my husband asked for our $30 back because the bar was EXTREMELY sparse, he refused and said "just don't come back". We got up and left. We had the worst experience today. No food....couldnt get our childrens drinks for them and for the owner himself say..if we dont come back there is always someone to take our place!!!! Guess what with service like that....you will not prosper sir!!!! We will stick to Vegtable Medley!

All I can do is apologize but I did not hear him. When I came to check on yall you were gone with full plates of food left on the table. Not to mention kids 3 and under eat for free. So I have heard that this place was good so I decided to go there tonight to try it out. The couple of things I had were good but there was a lot they didn't have on the buffet, even though they still had over an hour left open. I asked were they going to bring more food out and the guy just said "No"!like it was no big deal. Plus, there were NO desserts on the dessert table. The food was outstanding and the staff is extremely friendly... I have not had chicken like that since my mom passed...this was our first time there and we will definitely be returning soon
Southern home cooking. If my husband said one more time, this is the best He has had since His Mom's cooking, I was fixing to slap him. That is some good fried chicken. Since I don't fry chicken , I'll let it slide. When he said the pound cake was the best, it hurt but I had to agree. Cannot beat the price and I like giving money to a local small business owner especially when they grow and cook fresh vegetables. Try it!
