Very dodgy company to deal with especially the boss Tony. Awful experience I will be telling everyone I know to avoid them at all costs.
Bought a forklift from these guys 9 months ago. Already having major oil leaks and problems. They quoted $2850 to get the problem fixed and charged us $265 for someone to come for 10 minutes to say it can't be fixed and needs to be towed to their workshop. After looking at the many Google reviews of the same thing happening to customers I deeply regret buying our forklift from this company. They wanted to take zero responsibility and offered zero help even though we only bought it 9 months ago and it's already falling apart.... read more
Absolutely dodgy business. I bought a forklift here last year and theres been issues with it non stop. When they were selling it to me they said all the good words on planet about this forklift, but fact is the amount of money I have spent to fix it is more than getting a brand new one, and when you contact them about it they want nothing to do with it. Do not buy anything from these people.
Tried to book in an onsite service for my forklift. Got given a day and rescheduled my whole schedule so I can be onsite to open the factory for the technician only to find he won’t be coming on the day. Booked in a second time for him to come out onsite. The time got changed once again. Currently waiting for the third time. Seems to be a no show again after rescheduling my whole day on the given times. I’ve called the company with no answer, not even a message to let me know if he’s still coming. Very disappointed.
I purchased a secondhand electric Hyster 1.8 forklift off the boys at Secondhand Forklifts, and although there were some small problems with it when i received it, Greg, Andy & Jarryd were so accommodating to make sure it was repaired and returned in a timely manner, all under warranty, so i cannot be thankful enough for everything they went through, even sending it to Hyster to make sure it was properly repaired and i wouldn’t have any more issues with it.
