My rating is solely based on a lack of response. Several months ago, my daughter was getting married. I called numerous times to try to make an appointment but kept getting either a continued ringing or a sound that seemed to indicate it was waiting for a fax response. Carly was Amazing! She is outstanding at her job! She was right on point picking out dresses for me to try on after she allowed me to go around the store and pick out dresses on my own. She always made sure that the dresses she chose were in my budget! She is the kindest soul you’ll ever meet! Carly cares way more about you feeling comfortable and more importantly beautiful in your dress than she does just “making a sale” and trying to get you to make a decision. I do not recommend this bridal shop. From the start, the experience was disappointing. The store had no visible sign with their name on it out front, and the space inside was run-down—not the kind of environment you’d hope for when shopping for a wedding gown. What made things even more uncomfortable is that they keep the front door locked and essentially locked us inside during the appointment. It felt strange and unnecessarily high-pressure.
